Our approach
A world feels special
when the details belong.
Character, story, artwork, interaction and sound are considered together, so each experience contributes to a coherent whole.
Begin with a world
We start with a sense of place and purpose. Environments should do more than provide a backdrop: they should help explain what a visitor can discover, suggest a mood and connect the experience to the wider setting.
Give play a purpose
A puzzle should offer something satisfying to notice or solve. A story should create a reason to continue. A creative activity should leave room to experiment. We consider what the participant is actually doing, not just what appears on screen.
Make quality visible and audible
Artwork, motion and music shape the feeling of an experience. Our aim is a consistent visual language, considered sound and interactions that respond clearly, with decoration supporting rather than obscuring the activity.
Consider the family context
Children and families use digital experiences in different ways and on different devices. We consider legibility, clear navigation and manageable interactions as part of the design, while encouraging adults to choose what suits their child.
Keep learning playful
Curiosity can begin with a question, an unexpected detail or a satisfying pattern. Our learning experiences create opportunities to explore and practise; we do not present entertainment features as proof of educational outcomes.
Develop with care
A connected world grows through refinement as well as new content. We review how experiences fit together, how information is presented and where improvements can make a visit clearer or more enjoyable.
A conversation is a beginning
Let’s create something wonderful.
